Veteran group that has the most experience on the staff. All have held multiple roles and will look to them to carry the bulk of innings on the mound this spring.

What was the focus and what things did you see from the team in the fall?
Focus for the fall was team chemistry and competing; with 28 newcomers to the team, there was a big focus on helping those guys feel like they were a part of the Tiger baseball family. Many days in the fall were spent competing in different games and scrimmages, focusing on competing everyday, every pitch. Felt like there was a new energy on the team with the new additions. The team was fired up and worked very hard all fall. Was a fun fall to be a part of.
What are the expectations and goals for the team entering the season?
Expectations and goals are similar to last year. We want to compete at a high level every time we step on the field. Goal would be to make the conference tournament and make a run there. Will be a great year of growth for many young talented ballplayers on the team.
